Can I drive away the same day?

Yes. A large number of our customers drive away the same day and normally within a couple of hours of arriving. If you wish to take advantage of this facility, please remember to bring the following with you alternatively why not APPLY ONLINE using our secure encrypted service. • Driving Licence (holders of photo licence must bring paper counterpart) • Utility Bill (Dated within the last three months) • Proof of signature (Passport, Credit/Debit/Switch Card, Forces ID) • Last two wage slips • Your part exchange documents. (You must bring the V5/LOG BOOK) • Current Insurance details

How can I pay for my new car?

You can pay by whichever method suits you best. We have facilities with major lenders to secure some very competitive rates on finance. We will also accept Cash, Bankers Draft, Building Society drawn cheques, Switch/Debit/Credit cards. (A fee may apply for credit card transactions) If you are unsure please call us first and we will explain all the options for you.

Do I need a deposit

No, you don’t need a deposit. Depending on the funding method you choose will depend if a deposit is required or not. In some cases we can use your part exchange as a deposit.

I owe money on my car, how can I buy another?

Our on site Business Managers will help you all the way. They will find out how much you owe, make arrangements to repay the balance and finance your next purchase.

Can I arrange finance before I visit?

Yes. We have an online application so you can apply for finance in the comfort of your home or you can contact one of Business Managers on 0870 400 8000.

How are the vehicles prepared for sale?

All our vehicles have an extensive pre-delivery inspection and if the unthinkable should happen we supply all our vehicles with a warranty for complete peace of mind.

Can I have an extended warranty?

Yes. We offer a range of warranties for up to 3 years with unlimited mileage, we can even cater for Taxi use. All our warranties are parts and labour inclusive.

Do I need to return to Exeter Car Supermarket to make a claim?

No. We understand we sell cars to customers from all over the country so it may not always be possible to return to us. Whilst most people’s first reaction is to use their local garage, the warranty’s Nominated Repair Centre Network can normally settle claims directly-to avoid you having to pay for repairs and reclaim costs later.

What if my car needs an MOT?

We ensure that all our cars have a considerable MOT on them (if required) when we sell them. Please remember we are a certified MOT testing station so you can bring your car back for all your servicing requirements.
